I work at a hotel in Key West, Florida...how do I tell my boss no?
First I'll say this because I posted a question about me not getting a raise a while back and all I got was be thankful you still have a job.....But here's the thing, I can get another job today if I were to lose this one at the same pay.But here's my new situation I still haven't got that raise, And my place of work just hired a new Manager and a Supervisor since my last post. Yesterday in a meeting my manager asked me to schedule and host a seminar for the Front Desk Employees about costumer service, well she didn't really ask me to, she pretty much told me to. But again I haven't got a raise in two years, and they just hired these two new employees who I thought would be a better choice for the task to show their leadership skills.....Any way i want to tell my manager I'd rather not do it but in a nice way because even though I know I can find another job, I know I can't find another job that I will have three weeks paid vacation.So how do I tell her I don't want to do it?P.S. after this year is over if they don't give me the raise I eel i deserve or a promotion im going to give them my notice because i do work and take on task on a daily basis that a manager should be doing...but im the type of person who " usually" doesn't say no.Ralf ive been here for 5 years and ive never said no to a project but at this point im over being nice and being the B % & seriously ive never, not once said no but im starting to hate this place the only reason im still here is for the vacation time.

This is our first time going to Key West, and the research is not going as well as I'd like. We would like to wake up in the morning and be able to walk to the beach with beautiful waters. We have a budget so the hotel can't be too expensive, but should still be nice and clean. Your help will be appreciated Not completely impossible. I just found a four star beachfront property for $180 night during the week and $207 night on weekends. Not bad
