I am looking for a waterfront " compound" that would have the following amenities boat dockageswimming pool basketball area would be great too large yard preferably a couple acres units for up to 4 familiesI know there are some estates with main houses and guest houses or something like that but the one that I have stayed at in the past lo key estates, is booked the week I need it. Does anyone know of anything similar.I prefer north of Marathon Islamorada would be ideal The week of Aug 2 9 or Aug 9 16
